CABINET RETURN POLICY

Please check your order for accuracy and completeness as soon as your cabinets are received. In the event that you have mistakenly ordered product or changed your mind, Cabinet Atelier provides a 30-Day Return Policy and will accept the return of your product. After your returned product has been received and inspected, credit for the product, less a 35% restocking fee, will be issued.

All Return & Replacement orders must be authorized by Customer Service

  • Product that has been installed is not eligible for return.

  • Modified product (by manufacture or Installer) is not eligible for return.

  • Custom modified cabinets, specialty cabinets, power assisted products and custom accessories are not eligible for return.

  • Designer Paint Collection cabinet colors are not eligible for return.

  • Custom cabinetry orders.

  • All returned product must be in original packaging.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for opening and inspecting the product as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for contacting Cabinet Atelier Customer Service to request a Return or Replacement order. The customer will contract with a transport carrier, arrange for pickup up, and pay the cost of return shipping. After the cabinets have been received and inspected by Cabinet Atelier, credit for product, less a 35% restocking fee, will be issued. Credit will not be issued for return shipping costs.
